About

kids activities studio

Welcome to Kids Activities Studio.

If you’re here, I’m guessing you know exactly how it feels to stand in the middle of a messy living room, holding a cup of cold coffee, wondering if you’re doing "enough" for your child’s development.

I see you. And I’ve been there.

My name is Diria, and I created this space for parents who want the benefits of Montessori and early education without the stress of perfection.

The Educator & The Parent

I’ve had the privilege of standing on both sides of the classroom door.

As an Educator, I’ve spent years studying the science of how children learn, the magic of sensitive periods, and the profound impact of a prepared environment. I know the theory inside and out.

But it wasn't until I became a Parent that I truly understood the "beautiful chaos" of putting those theories into practice. I realized that knowing the science is one thing, but applying it when you have laundry piling up and a toddler melting down is completely different.

Kids Activities Studio was born at the intersection of my professional expertise and my daily life as a parent.

My Philosophy: Montessori Without the Pressure

Many people think Montessori is about expensive wooden toys and perfectly curated "Instagrammable" rooms. But to me, Montessori is a tool for freedom and connection, not a checklist of things to buy.

I don’t believe in perfection. I believe in:

  • Practical Independence: Setting up your home so your child can pour their own water (even if a little spills).
  • Low-Prep, High-Impact Play: Creating learning moments that take 5 minutes to set up but provide 30 minutes of deep focus.
  • Respecting the Pace: Letting go of the "milestone anxiety" and following your unique child.

Why I’m Here to Help You

I created this space to simplify your parenting journey. Think of me as your "Practical Expert" friend—the one who shares the cheat codes to parenting.

Whether you’re looking for research-backed sensory guides or ready-to-use printables that actually foster independent skills, my goal is to give you the tools you need to feel confident as your child's first teacher.

Here is what you can expect from the Studio:

Tested Tips & Tricks: Real strategies to handle transitions, tantrums, and play.

Educator-Grade Resources: Activities that actually build skills (not just keep them busy).

Zero Judgement: Because we are all just figuring this out, one day at a time.

You don't need a degree in education or a huge budget to raise a curious, capable human. You just need a little bit of intentionality and the right resources.

I'm so honored to be part of your family’s journey. Let’s make learning happen, one messy (but purposeful) moment at a time.

Thank you for letting me be a part of your journey!

Warmly,

Diria,
Educator, Parent and Founder, Kids Activities Studio
